Basic Knife Care
Of all types of blades on the market today there are only two types of blade, which are most important. The sharp and working conditions and the dull and broken. A species, the other you do not want.
To keep your knives sharp and working conditions in the category, there are a few basic rules that you possibly to follow. These rules are not rocket science, in fact most are just common sense, but it is suppressed, how often they are ignored.
There are not many of us, a fish fillet would an ax or a screwdriver to skin a deer or even a can opener to cut a rope, but we look with terror and wonder about our dull, chipped and broken blade is removed after use chop trees, screws, or open a can.
