The difference is Qi Lolita dress is wearing in Chinese clothing such as Qipao that is a body-hugging one-piece Chinese dress for women. Accessories in Qi Lolita include platform-slipper for footwear and bun-covers as hair accessories. Makeup is light and elegant.
Guro Lolita look like broken dolls, wearing slings, bandages, eye patches and other nedical accessories to give a appearance of injury.
